Discount Ink & Toner Remanufactured and OEM Surplus Ink Cartridge and Toner Cartridge Returns
All of our Discount Ink & Toner remanufactured and OEM ink cartridges and toner cartridges are supported by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If an issue occurs within that time, we want to assure you that appropriate actions will be taken to help you resolve the problem. Simply contact one of our helpful Customer Service Representatives via email sales@discountinkandtoner.com or by chat during our business hours 8:00 AM – 4:30PM Pacific Time and we will make it right. Product concerns must be brought to Discount Ink and Toner’s attention within forty-five (45) days from the date of purchase.
Defective:
We pride ourselves in providing high quality products. If for any reason the item you received is defective, an advanced replacement will be issued. The defective item may or may not be required to be returned; if required, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Shipping Error:
Our goal is to ensure that all orders are shipped correctly. If for any reason you receive an incorrect item, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. They will be able to assist you by ensuring that you are sent the correct item along with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item you received.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Our system DOES NOT make any edits to the address you have provided during the processing of your order. Customers are responsible if an incorrect address was submitted and would need to place another order with the correct address. If you come to the realization that the address submitted is incorrect and your order has not been shipped, we can correct it for you, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives for assistance.
Incorrect Item Ordered:
Purchased the wrong item? As long as it’s unopened we will be happy to assist you by placing a new order for the correct item. If you would like a refund for the incorrect item you purchased, you will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.
