Go to our website and fill out the Pre-Paid Shipping Label Form.

Once submitted, you’ll receive a free shipping label by email. Just print it out and attach it to your box of cartridges.

Step 3: Drop Off and Done

Take your package to any UPS drop-off location—or hand it off during your next scheduled pickup. From there, we handle the rest.

Your cartridges will either:

  • Be remanufactured into Certified Remanufactured Printer Cartridges (CRPCs), or
  • Be responsibly recycled for parts and raw materials
